Suami Ipda SD, RAS mengaku sudah dua kali memergoki istrinya selingkuh.
Kasus perselingkuhan polwan yang tak kalah menggemparkan juga pernah terjadi di Polrestabes Makassar.
Brigpol Dewi atau disebut Brigpol DW terbukti melanggar kode etik Polri hingga berujung pemecatan.
Kuasa Hukum RAS, Mahfuzin Ritonga, menceritakan bahwa ada dua kejadian perselingkuhan yang diduga dilakukan Ipda SD.
Pertama berdasarkan hasil cek post, pada 12 Desember 2018, Ipda SD berangkat ke Pekanbaru Riau.
2. Sudah minta maaf
Polwan berinisial SD berpangkat Inspektur Dua (Ipda) diduga terlibat perselingkuhan dengan sesama anggota polisi berpangkat sama berinisial DS asal Riau.
Mereka berdua menjabat sebagai kepala unit (kanit) di masing-masing Polres yang berbeda.
Dugaan perselingkuhan tercium oleh RAS (42), suami dari Ipda SD, asal Kecamatan Bogor Timur, Kota Bogor yang berprofesi sebagai pelaut.
Kuasa Hukum RAS, Mahfuzin Ritonga, menceritakan bahwa ada dua kejadian perselingkuhan yang diduga dilakukan Ipda SD.

3. Selingkuh lagi
Namun, Ipda SD rupanya mengulangi perbuatannya itu yang mana kali ini dia bertemu dengan polisi asal Riau itu di Hotel Amaris, Bogor.
Mereka berdua bertemu di hotel tersebut dengan barang bukti cek in 23 Maret 2019 dan cek out 24 Maret 2019 atas nama Ipda SD.
Geram mendapati istrinya kembali mengulangi perbuatannya, RAS pun melaporkan hal ini ke Propam Polresta Bogor Kota.
Propam kemudian menyerahkan kasus ini ke unit reskrim dan melibatkan unit PPA.
"Sang suami melapor ke propam lah awalnya, barang bukti sudah diambil semuanya.
Diarahkan lah ke reskrim menbuat SPKT.
Di situ barulah ditangani unit PPA.
Kemudian dari lidik pun sudah menemukan bukti permulaan yang cukup, dinaikin lah ke tahap penyidikan atau sidik," kata Mahfuzin.
Namun, kasus tersebut dihentikan di tingkat penyidikan dengan alasan kurang bukti.
"Di situ bertentangan dengan isi bukti awal yang cukup itu.
Lalu kita ajukanlah pra peradilan, di tahap itu ditolak hasilnya.
Saya tetep berkomunikasi dengan propam tentang sidang disiplin," kata Mahfuzin.
4. Dinyatakan bersalah
Ipda SD menjalani sidang etik di Gedung Anyar, Mapolresta Bogor Kota, Senin (3/2/2020).
Sekitar 3 jam lamanya oknum Polwan tersebut mengikuti sidang disiplin karena diduga berselingkuh dengan sesama anggota polisi.
Sidang disiplin atas dugaan perselingkuhan tersebut digelar secara tertutup oleh Bidang Propam Polresta Bogor Kota.
Sidang Disiplin dipimpin Kompol Pahyuni didampingi Kompol Sundarti, dan AKP Komar sebagai anggota majelis hakim.
Dalam persidangan Ipda SD divonis bersalah atas tindakannya berselingkuh dengan anggota polisi lain berinisial DS.
"(Sidang disiplin) Sudah selesai dan (Ipda SD) dinyatakan bersalah," ujar Kompol Sundarti, seorang anggota majelis hakim seusai persidangan kepada wartawan, Senin (3/2/2020).
Ipda SD yang hadir di persidangan menangis selama sidang disiplin itu berlangsung.
Hal itu diungkapkan Mahfuzin Ritonga, selaku kuasa hukum RAS yang merupakan pelapor atau suami Ipda SD.
"Dalam proses itu saya lihat (Ipda SD) menangis terus, sekali-sekali mengusap air mata," kata Mahfuzin Ritonga.
5. Terima tuntutan sambil menangis
Dalam sidang disiplin ini ada beberapa tuntutan yang dilayangkan kepada Ipda SD, yakni penundaan kenaikan pangkat, teguran secara tertulis, dan penundaan kenaikan gaji.
Majelis hakim, kata dia, menyatakan sikap bahwa Ipda SD terbukti bersalah dan dikenakan sanksi teguran tertulis.
Mahfuzin mengatakan Ipda SD menerima putusan tersebut.
"Menerima dia, sambil menangis, tersedu-sedu," kata Mahfuzin.
Dia menjelaskan bahwa untuk penerbitan salinan putusannya akan dilakukan selama 1 minggu.
6. Kasus serupa, perselingkuhan Brigpol Dewi
Di kasus lain, seorang Polwan di Polrestabes Makassar, Brigpol Dewi atau disebut Brigpol DW terbukti melanggar kode etik Polri hingga berujung pemecatan.
Upacara pemecatan Brigpol Dewi berlangsung Rabu (2/1/2019) di Lapangan Karebosi Makassar. Brigpol Dewi tidak datang dalam upacara itu, dia diwakili temannya.
Polwan cantik ini dulunya bertugas di Satuan Sabhara Polrestabes Makassar.
Dalam sidang kode etik Polri, Brigpol Dewi tak berkutik saat diungkap daftar pelanggarannya.

Informasi yang dihimpun, beredar di Facebook foto Brigpol Dewi nyaris tanpa busana atau setengah bugil.
Rupanya foto itu disebar pacar Brigpol Dewi di Lampung yang belakangan diketahui adalah narapidana kasus pembunuhan.
Saat berkenalan menggunakan media Facebook, pria itu mengaku berpangkat komisaris polisi ( Kompol) dan bertugas di Lampung.
Pria itu memalsukan identitasnya kepada Brigpol Dewi dan memasang foto pria lain di akun media sosialnya saat berkenalan.
Dewi dan pria itu kemudian saling bertukar foto porno.
Selingkuh di Hotel
Brigpol Dewi juga diketahui pernah menjalin hubungan terlarang ( selingkuh) dengan anggota Polda Sulsel, bahkan saat sidang kode etik Polri, Brigpol Dewi tidak membantah kabar asmara terlarang itu.
Kabid Propam Polda Sulsel Kombes Hotman Sirait mengatakan tindakan selingkuh Brigpol Dewi itu dilakukan di sebuah hotel dekat dari rumah asrama Brigpol Dewi.
Terpergok di Parkiran Mini Market
Brigpol Dewi pernah dipergoki oleh suaminya sedang bersama dengan seorang perwira di dalam sebuah mobil di parkiran mini market.
Suami Brigpol dewi kemudian melaporkan hal itu kepada Propam Polda Sulsel.
Kapolrestabes Makassar Kombespol Wahyu Dwi Ariwibowo mengatakan pelanggaran yang dilakukan Brigpol Dewi tidak bisa ditolerir.
"Ada kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh yang bersangkutan, tidak memungkinkan lagi menjadi anggota Polri,” tegas Wahyu menambahkan.
Kasus penyebaran foto selfie seksi Brigpol Dewi ditutup Polrestabes Makassar, Sulsel, Jumat (4/1/2019).
Itu terlihat saat Kepala Polrestabes Makassar Kombes Pol Wahyu Dwi Ariwibowo saat ditemui di Mapolrestabes Makassar Jl Jenderal Ahmad Yani, Kota Makassar.
Saat ditemui di ruang kerja Kasatreskrim Polrestabes, Kombes Wahyu mengakui terkait Brigpol Dewi sudah tidak ada lagi lanjutan atau follow up, karena sudah dipecat.
"Nda usahlah dikomentar lagi, dia kan sudah PTDH (Pemecatan Tidak Dengan Hormat) kemarin, jadi sudah selesai lah," ungkap Kombes Wahyu Dwi Ariwibowo.
Seperti diketahui, Brigpol DW melewati sidang kode etik Polri dan diproses PTDH itu berawal dari media sosial (medsos) di akun Facebook soal foto selfie seksi.
Bagaimama tidak, mantan anggota di Satuan Sabhara Polrestabes ini di PTDH karena dinilai mlanggar kode etik Polri usai terbukti melakukan tindakan asusila.
